They carry out monthly visits to your property, ensuring that everything works and is maintained in your absence. If you tend to rent out your property for holidays, they can provide a complete cleaning and maintenance  schedule, covering everything form providing fresh laundry to fresh fruit, food, milk, tea and coffee – vital after a long journey!

Their excellent concierge service can arrange for you and your guest to be collected from the airport, taken to the property and shown how everything works. They’ll collect for the return journey as well. During the high season, their emergency call-out service is available 24 hours a day. This covers everything from broken mirrors, lost keys, to electrical failures.
